1. The age of average gamers in United States is 35 years.
It turns out that video games aren’t exclusively for youngsters. According to a recent Entertainment Software Association research, 72% of US gamers are 18 or older, with women accounting for 31% of that figure.
Women over the age of 18 account for a substantially higher proportion of gamers than boys under the age of 18 (31% versus 18%).
2.The market is currently worth more than100 billion.
The worldwide games sector was valued at £109.49 billion in 2019, and it has grown significantly since then. According to statistics, the industry is expected to reach £186 billion in less than five years, with a 9.17% growth rate from 2020 to 2025.
This sector is now more profitable than film and music combined. In the United Kingdom, it accounts for more than half of the total entertainment market. Having said that, with a high rate of forecasted growth, there are ample job opportunities available in the industry!
3. In 2021, PUBG Mobile was the highest-grossing mobile game.

5. Pac-Man was created to entice ladies.
